9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. & Friday from 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Counseling appointments may be scheduled outside normal business hours by calling the Wilmington office.

For emergencies after normal business hours, contact 302-757-5561. Otherwise, call 911.
