Professionals provide services that empower immigrants and refugees to fully integrate into the community and the workplace. Services range from resettlement to employment, including job placement, translation services and support to ensure healthy families. Once settled, immigrants and refugees are integrated into local communities and organizations.

We help all individuals born outside of the United States who have work authorization through:

• Career counseling & job search assistance

• Job placement and on-going follow-up

• Escorts to the job interview

• Worksite orientation

• Connections to community resources including housing,  education, health and legal services

The goals of these services are to promote self sufficiency and ensure healthy families. Services are coordinated with Delaware's Temporary Assistance to Needy Families’ employment and training vendors.
