JFS services are available to all people throughout Delaware and the Brandywine area. Serving the Jewish Community has historically been, and continues to be, our central focus.  JFS provides services to the entire community without regard to religion, race, or socio-economic status.

          1.  We deliver services in a tradition of caring, reflecting
               the spirit of Judaism.
 

2.  We place the highest priority on serving people in need and do so, on a nonsectarian basis.

3.  We consistently evaluate and respond to our community's ever changing needs and take a proactive and collaborative role with other community organizations.

4.  We hold ourselves accountable and responsible in serving our community.

5.  We are result oriented and have in place an infrastructure, which regularly gathers and reviews evaluative information from clients, staff, volunteers and community agencies.

6.   We have a highly qualified professional, administrative and volunteer staff with a multidisciplinary and team-oriented approach who conduct all activities with respect, dignity and a non-judgmental attitude. Confidentiality is assured.
