SILVER assists older adults to
Age-In-Place with dignity and respect.
By helping identify local resources,
older adults will become safer and more secure within their own
homes. They will also become more aware of the services that are
available in their communities and will be able to access those
services.
SILVER helps provide the foundation
for
independence.
SILVER is presently providing
services in three communities - Claymont, Talleyville and Wilmington
