I am thrilled that you can join us for the JFS COMPASS virtual Lunch and Learn: “Advance Care Planning and Goals of Care” on Friday May 2nd, from 12-1PM!

- Please note: this session is intended for COMPASS Caregivers only; please do not disseminate the meeting access codes.
The session will not be recorded but I will be taking notes and will send out upon request.
We do not recommend that persons with dementia attend the Lunch and Learn. The intended audience is caregivers and the discussion will not be facilitated in a manner that is tailored towards the needs of someone with cognitive impairment.
The virtual session will be held in a “meeting style” format, meaning that all participants have the option to have their camera on and visible to others. You can choose to keep your camera off and if you’d like to remain private/anonymous, you can also change your screen name.
