And an abusive partner may use texting as a form of keeping track or knowing the where about of his/her partner. This partner may constantly text and even get abusive if their dating partner does not respond in a given time. The abusive partner may scheme through their spouse phone and check their messages, which ever form is used to communicate with others. Sending abusive text can escalate into threats, and other form of abuse. Know the difference and be aware.
