Farida is a part-time Case Manager for JFS’ Refugee Integration Support Effort (RISE), specifically supporting resettlement and placement of new Afghan arrivals. She first became engaged with JFS Delaware as a volunteer translator for the Afghan refugees who arrived in 2017.

Farida graduated Wilmington university with bachelor of sciences in nursing. Her professional experience includes working for Christiana hospital and a small skilled nursing facility called Exceptional care for children. She is also an accounting and property manager for EN Properties.

Farida enjoys her free time with her family and friends. Loves travel and entertaining.
