Josue is Mobile Therapist for New Castle County. He holds a Master’s degree with a focus in substance abuse and other addictions. 

Josue attended William Penn High School in New Castle, DE before going to Wilmington University and Dublin Business School in Dublin, Ireland.

Josue is a proud uncle and his hobbies include weight-lifting, combat sports, video games, card/board games, hiking, and drawing. One fun fact about Josue is that he served in the Army National Guard for 12 years and had a one year tour in Afghanistan.
