How can you help?
“I offer a compassionate and client-centered approach. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, develop coping skills, and work toward emotional well-being. I understand that reaching out for help can feel like a big step. If you’re stuck, uncertain, or struggling with emotions or situations that seem too much to bear, I can offer support, understanding, and a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. You don’t have to have all the answers right now. Reach out to get started today!”
What types of therapy do you use?
“The treatment types I use include cognitive behavioral therapy, therapeutic play, and person-centered therapy. You can expect a supportive space where you are heard, understood, and empowered to move toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you. We will explore the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to better understand patterns.”
When, where, and how do you offer therapy?
“I offer therapy sessions both in person at our Wilmington and Newark locations, and online via Zoom. I’m available during the week from morning until early evening.”
