As the Director of JFS Delaware’s Support Services, Latasha prides herself on having a true passion for positively impacting the lives of individuals, families, and children. She is passionately inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement, with hope and purpose to help as many people as possible with reaching their full potential.

Latasha has diverse expertise and past experience as a program manager, family consultant, social services advocate, supervisor and educator. She holds a Master’s degree from Wilmington University, a Bachelor’s degree from Neumann University as well as a certification in Nonprofit Management from the University of Delaware.

Latasha finds joy in writing, music, and traveling with her son, Julian.
