Nina is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) with over fifteen years of experience in the field. Her approach begins with Cognitive Behavioral, Problem-Solving, and Mindfulness approaches but is person-centered in that she tailors the treatment to the presenting needs of each person. Nina believes that healing and growth responds is best when the process is collaborative effort to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment.
