Outpatient Therapist

Rosemary Ziskovsky is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and graduate of the University of Northern Iowa’s Master of Social Work Program; she also has training in education and theology. For the past 15 years she has been providing outpatient therapy to adolescents, individuals, and couples in community mental health, non-profit, and private practice settings. Rosemary recently completed a 200-hour certified yoga instructor training through the Yoga Alliance and is a certified Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor through Firefly International.

Rosemary’s approach to therapy is steeped in the values of compassion, non-judgment, and building on people’s strengths and resilience to facilitate healing. As an interactive therapist she collaborates with people on the best therapy interventions, resources, and tools to address their unique needs and goals. Rosemary values the trust and courage it takes to engage the therapy process; she creates a safe and welcoming space to be seen, heard and understood.

Thich Nhat Hanh, Buddhist Monk and author, stated, “the most precious gift we can offer others is our presence.” Rosemary appreciate the opportunity to be present with people on their journey towards healing.
