Karen is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) with over 25 years of experience in the field. Her treatment approach is eclectic and pulls on her experience and training to tailor the treatment to the presenting needs of each person. Karen believes therapy is a collaborative effort that requires a safe and empathetic environment to explore thoughts and feelings without judgment. This “safety” provides a foundation for exploration, growth, and healing.
