Padmaja has provided outpatient and intensive community-based mental health services for children, teens and adults since 2006. She is a licensed mental health clinician and is certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) through PCIT International. Padmaja is also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Attachment-Based Family Therapy. Padmaja has a fierce commitment to practicing her belief that everyone has a right to quality, affordable healthcare. This has also led to her involvement with the Refugee Integration Support Effort (RISE) of JFS.
