JFS Delaware is part of a network of national providers participating in the Trafficking Victim Assistance Program, an offering of the US Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Children and Families. As an extension of the services JFS provides to other immigrant populations, our Case Managers connect foreign trafficking victims to the services and resources they need to regain a sense of security and achieve self-sufficiency.
