(See left column)
Consistent with our philosophy to take life to its fullest, we are
particularly grateful to: our bookkeeper Sonja Hildebrand who
utilized her extraordinarily talents as the graphic artist
responsible for the design and layout of this report; Sharon Dickol,
the Coordinator of our Money Follows the Person program who complied
and wrote all the data; and Nona Smolko, LCSW and one of our
clinicians who helped prepare and edit the narratives.
Enjoy…and take pleasure in knowing that you all helped us help
others improve their lives!!!
