Michael is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health serving as an Outpatient Therapist and Director of Clinical Services for JFS Delaware. His treatment approach is person-centered and utilizes mindfulness based cognitive techniques. Michael has over twenty years of experience working with individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.

As Clinical Supervisor, Michael leads JFS’ clinical team in group supervision and manages efforts to streamline clinical processes, trainings, and documentation; he is responsible for ensuring the quality of JFS’ therapeutic service to meet the highest industry standards.

Marsha loves working at the front desk, greeting both staff and clients, answering the phones and directing callers to their needed destination. She has been with JFS for more than 25 years. She has her Master’s degree in education and taught elementary school before joining the JFS team. She lives with her husband and her very spoiled Pomeranian dog, Toby. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two grown daughters; as well as exercising, note writing, baking, traveling and organizing her home.

Patricia has an extensive background in the Medical Billing field and has worked for JFS Delaware since 2013. She currently holds the position of Director of Clinical Operations.
Patricia has a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and is pursuing Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration.

Rosemarie has been with Jewish Family Services of DE since the opening of their Sussex County office in January 2016. She has accumulated many years of administrative expertise in a variety of healthcare settings.

Rosemarie’s passion for client-centered care and support for all create a welcoming environment at the Sussex office for clients, visitors, and staff alike.

Her role in the Sussex office is multifunctional: she is the dedicated Receptionist, Intake/Psychiatric Specialist, Medical Billing Specialist, and more for the Sussex Office. Whatever your question may be Rosemarie is ready to help you.

Rosemarie takes pleasure in the quietude of the lower Delmarva Peninsula and spending time with her spouse, Dale, and three rescue cats, Dante, Fudge, and Penelope! In her free time, Rosemarie enjoys water aerobics, gardening, and several handcrafted hobbies.
