Jackie R. | LPCMH, MA

Outpatient Therapist

Jackie is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health. She works with adults and kids who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, stress, life transitions, grief, and other mental health concerns.

Becoming a therapist has been a calling for Jackie. After a successful career in field sales, she went back to school to get her master’s degree in counseling. Some of her goals when working with clients is for them to have a sense of healthy empowerment and a higher level of functioning. She has a keen interest in helping trauma survivors and targets of workplace bullying.

Jackie believes balance is a key part of good mental health. She enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, and kayaking. She is a huge animal advocate/lover and currently shares her home with Mr. Bojangles and Miss Jessica (felines). Fun fact: she has been a part-time Jazzercise Instructor off and on since 1988.
