Nyesha has extensive experience in working with children and families, as her passion is aligned with community resources expansion and development. Nyesha attended Morgan State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and later received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Nyesha is currently pursuing her License to become a LPCMH. 

Nyesha comes with over 10 years of experience in the therapeutic field. Nyesha’s love for counseling developed from her interest in the preservation of self through Mindfulness, Positive Self-Talk and Verbal Affirmations. Much of her theoretical approach comes from CBT and MBCT.
