Padmaja C. | LPCMH

Outpatient Therapist

Padmaja wants you to be heard without judgement; that can be healing for anyone to experience.

Since 2006, Padmaja has been providing outpatient and intensive community-based mental health treatment to youngsters and adults of all ages from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. She has extensive experience working with youth and families with a broad range of mental health needs. Padmaja also regularly serves adults who are experiencing life issues such as addiction, work stress, and conflict in relationships. Padmaja is certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence-based treatment for children ages 2-7 who are displaying disruptive behaviors, and is a preferred provider in Delaware for Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Padmaja is fiercely committed to providing quality and affordable healthcare to all, which is why she also provides support for the refugee families JFS serves.

Padmaja graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where her training emphasized a holistic approach to treatment—each individual possesses their own unique set of social, cultural, spiritual and biological factors which are appreciated and explored in the process of therapy.
